The Colorado Rockies have six different types of Suites and Party Facilities at Coors Field to meet your needs. Choose the suite or facility that fits your group's size best!

• Private Suites: Suite tickets for groups ranging from 12 to 20 people
• Summit Party Suites: Suite tickets for groups ranging from 12 to 75 people
• Warning Track Party Room: Private party room tickets for groups ranging from 25 to 90 people
• Mezzanine Party Suites: Suite tickets for groups ranging from 22 to 200 people
• Super Suites: Suite tickets for groups ranging from 12 to 500 people
• Group Picnic Areas: For groups of 25 to 750, with accommodations for groups up to 2,000

Private Suites

The Private Suites are the perfect upscale choice for client or employee entertainment. Each Private Suite features a temperature-controlled indoor lounge with luxury furnishings, outdoor balcony seating as well as indoor and outdoor flat-screen HD televisions.

Each Private Suite reservation includes:

• 12 Suite tickets with the option to purchase up to 8 additional tickets
• A catered food and non-alcoholic beverage package
• 4 parking passes in Rockies Parking Lot A
• Special scoreboard salute welcoming your group
• 2 complimentary copies of Rockies Magazine

Super Suites

The Super Suites are newly renovated and recently expanded for the 2013 season. Located between home plate and right field, the Super Suites are the ultimate choice for corporate entertainment. Each Super Suite features a temperature-controlled indoor lounge with luxury furnishings, outdoor balcony seating and indoor/outdoor flat-screen HD televisions.

Each Super Suite reservation includes:

• Suite tickets for groups ranging from 12 to 500 guests
• A catered food and non-alcoholic beverage package
• Complimentary parking passes in Rockies Parking Lot A
• Retractable glass walls and windows provide a unique open-air experience
• Complimentary copies of Rockies Magazine

Mezzanine Party Suites

Located in right field, each Mezzanine Party Suite features a temperature-controlled indoor lounge with high-top tables and chairs, outdoor balcony seating and indoor flat-screen HD televisions. The Mezzanine Party Suites offer the most affordable suite option.

Each Mezzanine Party Suite reservation includes:

• Suite tickets for groups ranging from 22 to 60 guests
• Catering credit for your game date
• Rockies pen and ballpark cup for each person
• Special scoreboard salute welcoming your group

The Party Pack Accomodates: Groups of 100-200 looking for an exclusive suite atmosphere. Located in the Mezzanine Party Suites, the price includes all of the above amenities (excluding catering credit) along with a catered food and non-alcoholic beverage package with a private bar set-up (alcohol extra).

Warning Track Party Room

Group Picnic Area

Two pregame picnic areas offer their own unique atmosphere and packages designed to fit any event and any budget.

• Available for groups of 25 to 750 with special accommodations for groups of up to 2,000
• "Coors Outfield Picnic Area" offers a picnic grill menu including fried chicken, hot dogs, bratwurst, hamburgers, salad, potato chips, fruit, dessert and unlimited fountain soda (alcohol extra)

• The "Platte River Rendezvous" offers a ballpark buffet including hot dogs, bratwurst, salad, potato chips, dessert and unlimited fountain soda (alcohol extra)

PICNIC AREA PRICES

KIDS BIRTHDAY PICNICS: Available on select Sunday home games for groups of 10 or more, based on availability. The menu price is $17 per person and includes hot dogs, chicken fingers, mac & cheese, popcorn, unlimited soda and a birthday cake. A special visit by Dinger and other Rockies goodies are also included. A special game ticket price of $3 for a Pavilion seat is available for kids aged 12 and under on select Sunday home games, making the whole package just $20 per child!

Policies

How to Order:

Order online or call (303) ROCKIES to place your reservation.

Capacity and Additional Ticket Purchases:

Private Suites, Mezzanine Party Suites, Super Suites, Summit Party Suites and Warning Track Party Room must be purchased at their minimum capacity. If your group numbers increase, you may purchase additional tickets at the full per person ticket cost; please see specific facility information for purchase limits. In regard to the Summit and Mezzanine Party Suites, please be aware that A and B suites are located adjacent to each other and may be combined into one suite. For example, Summit Party Suite 54 accommodates 34 people if both the A and B suites are purchased; when booked separately, A and B suites are separated by a movable partition.

Payment:

After placing your reservation(s), you may pay by phone with a credit card or have an invoice emailed to you. All payments will be due 3 weeks after your facility is booked. Reservations made within 3 weeks of your game date will require full payment at time of booking. All payments are non-refundable, including payments made for additional tickets.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel a reservation, we will refund payments received only if we are able to resell the facility. If we cannot resell the facility, all payments are non-refundable. A rebooking fee may apply when switching game dates.

Catering:

All food and beverage must be ordered through the ARAMARK Catering department. They may be reached by calling (303) 312-2550.

Food may not be brought into the Coors Field Suites and Party Facilities from outside the ballpark.
