ADA COMPLIANCE: Roger Dean Stadium is a completely ADA accessible facility. Disabled guests may enter the facility through any of the main gates (A, B, or C). Parking spaces are available along Main Street (in front of the Ticket Office), in front of both of the Stadium Grass Parking Lots (Parkside Drive and Stadium Drive) and also in the Abacoa Parking Garage across the street from Roger Dean Stadium (across Main Street). All restrooms are also ADA friendly. Please notify the Roger Dean Stadium Ticket Office at (561) 630-1828 or upon purchase of tickets, if you require an accessible seat.

ALARMS: In the event of a fire or emergency alarm, please direct your attention to the Video Board for an important message and/or the direction from Roger Dean Stadium staff members. Follow the Emergency Evacuation instructions, remain calm and do not run.
ALCOHOL MANAGEMENT: No alcoholic beverages may be brought into or taken out of Roger Dean Stadium. Florida state law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. There is a limit of two (2) alcoholic beverages per person, per purchase.
ANIMALS: No animals are allowed on Roger Dean Stadium grounds with the exception of trained assist animals for our disabled guests and scheduled approved promotional events (Dog Days).
AUTOGRAPHS: Fans can obtain autographs before and after games and workouts. Players and field staff do not sign during the game due to professional baseball rules.
AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINE (ATM): There is an ATM (PNC Bank) located outside the stadium adjacent to the last ticket window at the Ticket Office. A second ATM (PNC Bank) is located along the first base side of the concourse near the First Aid room. A third ATM (BB&T Bank) is located along the third base side of the main concourse, across from Gate A.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS: Baby changing stations are located in both the menâs and the womenâs restrooms at Roger Dean Stadium. All of the restrooms are located in main concourse along the third base side, first base side and behind home plate.
BAGS/BACKPACKS: For your safety, any and all bags will be subject to search by a Roger Dean Stadium employee prior to entrance to the facility.
BANNERS: Signs or banners are not allowed in the stadium, unless otherwise approved in advance by Roger Dean Stadium management.
BATS: For your safety, no bats are allowed into the stadium, unless otherwise approved in advance by Roger Dean Stadium management.
BATTING PRACTICE: Fans are allowed into Roger Dean Stadium one and a half hours before the game to watch batting practice during Spring Training. During the Florida State League season, batting practice is taken on the back practice fields prior to the gates opening.
BLEACHERS: The bleachers are located in the outfield on the third base side of the stadium, adjacent to the field.
BULLPEN CLUB: Located behind the Cardinals bullpen in right field, enjoy drink railings and four-top-tables with an all-you-can-eat grab and go menu including: Hamburgers, Dean Dogs, Italian sausage, bratwurst, peanuts, popcorn, dessert, Pepsi soft drink and bottled water. CAMERA/VIDEO RECORDERS: Fans are permitted to bring cameras and video recorders into the stadium provided they are for personal use only. All cameras/ video recorders are subject to be searched upon entering the stadium. The taping of any game footage is strictly prohibited by professional baseball. Tripods and monopods for photographic equipment are not permitted in the stadium.
CAPACITY: Roger Dean Stadium features field box, loge box, bleacher, grass berm and luxury suite seating. The stadium can accommodate approximately 6,800 guests. The stadium has approximately 6,600 seats and another 200 guests can spread out throughout the grass berm area.
CARRY-IN ITEMS: Outside food, drink, and coolers are prohibited from being brought into the stadium. Other items not allowed to be brought in the stadium include: drugs, drug paraphernalia, broom sticks, offensive signs, political signs, fish nets, large plastic bottles over 600 ml (no matter what the contents) and projectiles that can cause injuries or disruption of the game.
CASSIDY COOL ZONE: Located along the right-field line, overlooks the playing field and is a great area to enjoy a pregame meal while watching batting practice. For more information and to reserve the Cassidy Cool Zone, please contact the Roger Dean Stadium Group Ticket Department at (561) 775-1818.
CELLULAR TELEPHONES: Cellular telephones are permitted within Roger Dean Stadium, provided that their use does not interfere with other guests and their enjoyment of the game/event.
CHARITY: The official charity of Roger Dean Stadium is the Cardinals/Marlins Fund. The Cardinals/Marlins Fund seeks to provide financial assistance to local non-profit organizations that encourage the participation of young people in sports and other physical fitness activities.
CHILDREN'S ENTRY INTO PARK: Any child entering the park, who is less than two (2) years of age without a ticket, must share a seat with the accompanying adult. All other children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

CONCESSION STANDS: There are two concession stands on the third base side of the stadium, Triple Play Eatery and Hot Corner Grille. There are three concession stands behind home plate, the Island Grille, the Island Bar and Home Plate Pizza. Lastly, there are two concession stands on the first base side, the MVP Grille and the Grand Slam Express. They are all located on the main concourse. Food and beverage is also available on the party deck from time to time. Portable stands are scattered throughout the facility. Specific items are also vended in the seating area.

DESCRIPTION: Roger Dean Stadium is a $28 million Spring Training Complex/Facility specially designed to house two Major League Baseball organizations. The complex is a state-of-the-art facility. Roger Dean Stadium is the only facility in the country to host two Minor League Baseball organizations (Jupiter Hammerheads/Palm Beach Cardinals), in addition to the two Major League Baseball teams.
DESIGNATED DRIVER: The management of Roger Dean Stadium asks if patrons are drinking at the stadium that they not drive. Fans should bring a designated driver or find other means of transportation to make their way home. If a cab is needed for an inebriated fan, please contact the main office so arrangements can be made.
DIMENSIONS: The dimensions for Roger Dean Stadium are as follows: Left Field (330 feet), Left-Center Field (355 feet), Center Field (400 feet), Right-Center Field (350 feet) and Right Field (325 feet).
DRINKING FOUNTAINS: There are drinking fountains located throughout the concourse near the restrooms on the first and third base sides and behind home plate.
EMERGENCY CALL REGISTRATION: Physicians and other fans that may be expecting emergency phone calls should leave their name at the Palm Beach Post Information Booth. They will then be contacted by one of the Roger Dean Stadium staff members.
EVENTS: Roger Dean Stadium is more than just a stadium. It can be rented out for the day to host a company picnic, meeting, fundraiser, graduation ceremony, wedding or a private function. The stadium regularly hosts over fifty (50) outside events each year. The facility is also the host to two of the largest high school baseball tournaments in the country each year, the USA Baseball Junior Olympic Tournament and the Perfect Game/World Wood Bat Association Championship.
FAN INTERFERENCE: Any fan that touches, attempts to touch or generally interferes with a ball in play or a player during a game will be subject to immediate ejection.

FIELD BOX: The field box seats are sections 102 through 122 and are located adjacent to the field.
FIRST AID: The Jupiter Medical Center First Aid room is located on the first base side in the main concourse next to the advanced ticket windows. The Jupiter Medical Center First Aid staff is regularly stationed in the stands throughout the games/events. In the event that medical assistance is needed, please contact any Roger Dean Stadium staff member. All of the Jupiter Medical Center First Aid Staff members are certified EMTs and experienced to handle most medical situations.
FOULED BALLS/BATS: The holder of each ticket assumes all risks and danger from the action of the players, coaches, and officials on the field before, during and after the actual occurrence of the event. Such risks and dangers include, but are not limited to, being injured by objects such as balls, bats, bases, helmets and promotional items that are thrown, batted, kicked, shot, tossed, etc. from the field of play, bullpens, dugouts, and other areas on the stadium grounds. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees Roger Dean Stadium, Jupiter Stadium, LTD., JS Stadium, Inc., the Town of Jupiter, the Abacoa Development Company, Aries Land Acquisition, L.L.C., Palm Beach County, Florida State League of Professional Baseball Clubs, Inc., Palm Beach Cardinals, L.L.C. and the respective employees, officers and agents of all the above, St. Louis Cardinals, L.P., and its wholly owned subsidiaries Palm Beach Cardinals, Miami Marlins, L.P., and its wholly owned subsidiaries and Jupiter Hammerheads, and the respective employees, officers and agents of all the above, are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

GAME TIME: Fans are allowed into Roger Dean Stadium one and a half hours before the game to watch batting practice during Spring Training and one hour before the game during the Florida State League season.
GIFT COINS: Roger Dean Stadium Gift Coins are available to be purchased at the Ticket Office. The Gift Coins come in denominations of $5, $10, and $25 and can be used for purchases at the Team store, Ticket Office, and any of the stadium concession stands.
GRASS BERM: The grass berm is located down the right field line adjacent to the field. Tickets for the grass berm can be purchased on the day of game only. The grass berm does not contain any actual seats. Lawn chairs are not permitted on the grass berm, but fans may bring blankets to sit on.
GROUPS: Anyone wishing to reserve tickets for groups of fifteen people or more should contact the Group Ticket Department at (561) 775-1818 or email to GroupTickets@RogerDeanStadium.com.
HANDICAPPED ACCESS: Handicapped access ramps are located at each end of the loge box seating on the first and third base sides.
HANDICAPPED ASSISTANCE: Assistance is provided upon request from the greeters located at each gate or by visiting the Palm Beach Post Information Booth.
HANDICAPPED DROP-OFF: The handicapped drop-off area is located directly in the front of the stadium outside of Gate B.
HANDICAPPED PARKING: Parking is available directly in front and along the side of the stadium (Main Street), as well as in the Abacoa parking garage (west of the stadium) and the front of both of the Grass Parking Lots (Parkside Drive and Stadium Drive).
HANDICAPPED SEATING: Wheelchair accessible seating is located in the following sections: 101, 102, 110-116, 123 and 124. Please notify the Roger Dean Stadium Ticket Office at (561) 630-1828 or upon purchase of tickets.
INCIDENT REPORT: In the case of any incident, a Roger Dean Stadium staff member will fill out the appropriate incident report along with the guest(s) involved. The guest(s) involved have the opportunity to obtain a copy of the incident report, if so desired.
INFORMATION BOOTH: The Palm Beach Post Information Booth is located on the concourse behind home plate across and to the left of Gate B (directly across from the Main Office door).
INTERNET: Roger Dean Stadium can be found on the Internet at www.rogerdeanstadium.com. The Jupiter Hammerheads and Palm Beach Cardinals have separate websites, www.jupiterhammerheads.com and www.palmbeachcardinals.com, respectively.
KIDSâ AREA: The Kidsâ Area is located along the third base side of the concourse and includes a speed pitch, a batter-up inflatable and a large inflatable slide. Each area is one (1) ticket per turn and tickets can be purchased at the Palm Beach Post Information Booth.
LOCATION: Roger Dean Stadium is located on approximately 110 acres within the Abacoa Community. Abacoa is located on Donald Ross Road, approximately a quarter mile east of interstate 95. Roger Dean Stadiumâs address is 4751 Main Street, Jupiter, FL 33458.
LOGE BOX: The loge box seats are sections 201 through 213 and compose the upper level of the seating bowl.
LOST AND FOUND: The lost and found is located at the Palm Beach Post Information Booth located on the main concourse.
LOST GUESTS OR COMPANIONS: People searching for lost guests or companions while at the stadium should be directed to the Palm Beach Post Information Booth.
MANAGEMENT: Roger Dean Stadium is managed by Jupiter Stadium, Ltd., a partnership between the Miami Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals.
MASCOTS: Roger Dean Stadium serves as home to two mascots for the Florida State League season. Hamilton R. Head is a hammerhead shark and is the mascot for the Jupiter Hammerheads. Robbie the Redbird is a Cardinal and is the mascot for the Palm Beach Cardinals.
MERCHANDISE: The Team store is located on the concourse behind home plate. During Spring Training, portable souvenir carts will also be set up around the stadium, along with a discount tent located outside of the team store by Main Street. During Spring Training, the Team store opens each morning at 9:00 AM and remains open until 1/2 hour after the game. During the Florida State League season, the Team store opens on game days 1 hour before the scheduled game time and remains open until the conclusion of the game.
MISSION STATEMENT: Our mission at Roger Dean Stadium is to provide our guests with the very best sporting and entertainment experience possible. In doing so, we must maintain the highest standard of customer service focusing on professional attitude, appearance and prompt service with the objective that our guests will receive lasting memories and a desire to return.
OFFICE HOURS: The administrative office for Roger Dean Stadium is open regularly Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. During Spring Training, the office is open every day from 8:30 AM â 5:00 PM.
ON-FIELD ACCESS: Per league rules, only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before, during or after the game. Any unauthorized person on the field will be removed from the stadium and may be prosecuted for trespassing.
OPEN DATE: Roger Dean Stadium opened on February 28, 1998. The first game played was between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Montreal Expos, with the Cardinals defeating the Expos 5-0, in front of 6,889 fans.
OUTSIDE FOOD/BEVERAGE: There will be NO outside food and beverages allowed inside of Roger Dean Stadium. No outside bottles, cans, coolers, etc. may be brought inside of the facility. Exceptions will be made for those with specific medical needs or items needed for infants and small children. Delaware North Companies, the food service provider for Roger Dean Stadium, will make every effort to accommodate our guestsâ preferences.
OWNERSHIP: Roger Dean Stadium is owned by Jupiter Stadium Limited, a partnership between the Miami Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals.
PAGING: Requests for paging are only honored when a situation has been confirmed to be of an extreme medical emergency. The stadium staff will deliver a message to the guest at their seat location, if known. If necessary a public address system announcement requesting the fan to report to The Palm Beach Post Information Booth will be made.
PEDDLERS/VENDING/FREE SPEECH ACTIVITY: Unauthorized peddling or vending is not allowed on Roger Dean Stadium property.
PETS: Pets are not allowed inside of Roger Dean Stadium. However, all service animals are welcome.

POLICE: The Jupiter Police Department has police officers posted throughout the stadium in case of an emergency during Spring Training and larger events.
PRACTICE FIELDS: Roger Dean Stadium has twelve (12) practice fields on the complex. There are six (6) practice fields for each the Miami Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals. Miami Marlinsâ practice fields are numbered 2 through 7 and the St. Louis Cardinalsâ practice fields are numbered 1 through 6.
PRESS AREAS: There is a pressroom in both the Cardinals and Marlins clubhouses, which are used by the media during Spring Training. During the Florida State League season, the press will use the press box located behind home plate. Media credentials must be obtained in advance.
PRESS BOX: The press box is located on the second level behind home plate and accessible via the elevator that is located in the Suite Lobby behind home plate on the concourse level. Proper credentials are required.
PROGRAMS: Programs are available throughout the concourse at booths or in the stands from vendors. The price for programs is $6 during Spring Training and $2 during the Florida State League season.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Each guest eligible to receive a promotional item must have a valid game day ticket and pass through the turnstile to receive the item. Promotional items are distributed one per person, not per ticket.
PUBLIC ADDRESS ANNOUNCEMENT: For any guestsâ Public Address Announcements, please visit the Roger Dean Stadium Main Office. All guestsâ announcements will require a donation to the Cardinals/Marlins Fund, due at the time of the request.
PUBLIC TELEPHONES: There are no public telephones located in the stadium or outside of the stadium. In the event of an emergency, and a phone is needed, please go to the main office and one will be provided.
RAINCHECKS: In the case of a postponement due to rain, guests may bring their ticket stubs to the ticket window and exchange them for any other game that season. Spring Training rain checks must be used during Spring Training and Florida State League rain checks must be used during the Florida State League season.
RE-ENTRY: Once a fan has exited Roger Dean Stadium, they may not re-enter during the game without a stamped hand and their torn game ticket. The re-entry point for all guests will be through Gate B.
RESTROOMS: There are three womenâs and three men's restrooms located throughout the concourse, one on each of the first and third base sides and one behind home plate. Several changing tables can be found in each restroom. All restrooms are handicapped accessible.
ROGER DEAN: Roger Dean Stadium is named in partnership with Roger Dean Chevrolet, a family-owned West Palm Beach Chevrolet dealer since 1965.
SCHEDULES: Spring Training and Florida State League schedules are available at The Palm Beach Post Information Booth.
SMOKING POLICY: There is no smoking in the seating area, luxury suite area and the party tent area at Roger Dean Stadium. Smoking is only permitted on the concourse on the lower level.
SPECTATORS ON THE PLAYING FIELD: Spectators are not permitted on the field. Spectators also are not permitted to throw anything onto the field. Fans that violate this ordinance will be arrested and prosecuted.
STANDING ROOM ONLY: Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets will only be available when all seats and grass berm tickets have been sold. SRO tickets limit the ticket holders to stand within the designated areas throughout the seating area; marked by yellow paint and marked âStanding Room Onlyâ.

TICKET OFFICE: The Ticket Office is currently open during the following hours: Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm, and on Saturdays from 10am-2pm. During Spring Training, the Ticket Office will be open every day from 9am to 5pm. During the Florida State League season, the Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 8pm, Saturday from 12pm to 8pm and Sunday from 12pm to 3pm.
TOURS: Tours of Roger Dean Stadium are available all year long. To inquire about tours of the stadium contact the main office at (561) 775-1818.
TRESPASSING: Any fan venturing onto the playing field before, during, or after a game will be subject to criminal prosecution and/or fines.
TROLLEY SERVICE: Roger Dean Stadium provides a free Trolley Service to shuttle fans from one side of the complex to another during spring workouts only. The Trolley Service is not available during games and subject to cancellation at the stadiumâs request.
TOURNAMENTS: Roger Dean Stadium is host to over twenty (20) high school, amateur, and menâs league baseball tournaments throughout each year. All tournaments have the opportunity to play on the same field the MLB players do during Spring Training (based upon availability and time of year). TOWING SERVICE: If towing assistance is needed, please contact the main office at (561) 775-1818.
UMBRELLAS: Umbrellas may be brought into the stadium. However, due to safety reasons, they may not be opened in the seating area.
UNAUTHORIZED TRANSMISSION OF GAME: No person admitted to the stadium shall transmit or aid in the transmission of any description, account, picture or reproduction of any baseball game or exhibition game conducted in the park unless expressly authorized by the Miami Marlins, St. Louis Cardinals, Jupiter Hammerheads, or the Palm Beach Cardinals.
USHERS: Ushers are stationed throughout the seating area for the guestsâ convenience. They are there to help all guests with any questions or concerns before, during and after the games/events.
VIDEO BOARD: The Roger Dean Stadium Video Board is located in Left-Center Field. For any guestsâ special group and/or birthday announcements, please contact the Roger Dean Stadium Main Office 48 hours in advance. All guestsâ messages/announcements will require a donation to the Cardinals/Marlins Fund, due at the time of the request.
WEAPONS: Weapons of any kind are not permitted in Roger Dean Stadium.
WI-FI: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the main concourse.
WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCE: Fans are encouraged to bring their own wheelchairs, but when available, the stadium will provide wheelchairs for disabled fans on request. If you are in need of assistance, contact the ushers located at the gates or go to the Palm Beach Post Information Booth.
WORKOUTS: During the Spring Training months, the Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals have open workouts to the public on the back practice fields. The time of the workouts is determined by the two Major League organizations and subject to change without notice.
