PHOENIX -- Josh Reddick and Brandon Moss each homered for the first time this spring, combining for four RBIs, in the A's 6-3 win over the Rockies on Saturday afternoon at Phoenix Municipal Stadium.

Reddick, who compiled a team-leading 32 home runs last year, clobbered the first pitch of his second at-bat against Colorado starter Jhouyls Chacin for a three-run homer to right-center to give Oakland a 3-0, third-inning lead.

After Eric Sogard extended the A's lead to four with an RBI single in the fourth, Moss upped it to 5-0 with a solo shot to dead center off right-hander Jeff Manship in the fifth.

Chacin lasted 2 1/3 innings in his second start of the spring, giving up three runs on four hits with two walks and two strikeouts.

Colorado joined the home run-happy day in the sixth, when Nolan Arenado took A's southpaw Andrew Werner deep for a three-run homer, his second of the spring. Carlos Gonzalez, who walked twice and singled in his three plate appearances, scored on the play.

Oakland answered in the bottom of the inning with a Michael Choice sacrifice fly to make it 6-3.

Tommy Milone made his Cactus League debut for the A's, pitching two hitless innings while allowing just one walk. Milone threw 36 pitches.

"The main thing, especially with the first outing, is throwing strikes," Milone said, "and I felt for the most part I was able to do that."

Up next: The A's will make their second trip of the spring to Salt River Fields on Sunday, this time to face the Rockies for a 12:05 p.m. PT start. The game can be heard live on Gameday Audio. Right-hander A.J. Griffin is slated to make his second start of the spring, with lefty Jorge De La Rosa going for Colorado.
