Cleveland, OH-The Cleveland Indians clinched a spot in the 2013 Major League Baseball Postseason on Sunday, marking the team's first Postseason berth since 2007, when the Indians played in the American League Championship Series.
The Indians will play host to the Tampa Bay Rays or Texas Rangers at Progressive Field on Wednesday night, October 2, in the American League Wild Card game. The game will begin at 8:07PM ET, and will be broadcast on TBS.
Should the Indians win on Wednesday, they would travel to Boston for Games 1 and 2 of the American League Division Series on Friday, Oct. 4 and Saturday, Oct. 5, at Fenway Park.
Game 3 of the ALDS then would be at Progressive Field on Monday, October 7, with Game 4 - if necessary - in Cleveland on Tuesday, October 8. Game 5, also if necessary, would be played at Fenway Park on Thursday, October 10.
If the Indians advance to the American League Championship Series, it would begin on Saturday, October 12, in the home park of the winner of the other American League Division Series.
Tickets for Wednesday's American League Wild Card game and the American League Division Series games at Progressive Field are on sale now, and are going quickly. Fans can visit Indians.com/Postseason for the most convenient, fastest way to purchase those remaining tickets.
