The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation (LADF) announced today its second annual Dodgers RBI PlayerFest will take place at Dodger Stadium Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Four thousand youngsters outfitted in their Dodgers RBI uniforms will participate in this mid-season celebration. Participants include players from all 23 locations in South Los Angeles, Compton and Venice, including the County of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation, the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Venice, MLB Urban Youth Academy in Compton and the Los Angeles Boys and Girls Club.

This will be the 38th Dodgers Dreamfield and it is expected to be dedicated in July with all partners including City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, LA84 Foundation, the Miracle League, the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation and Security Benefit. This $650,000 project will mark the first Miracle League field in Los Angeles. LADF's first universally accessible Dodgers Dreamfield was initially announced at LADF's inaugural Blue Diamond Gala April 16.
