Fall in the Delaware Valley can be a great chance to eat filling and scrumptious foods. There are a number of delicious, healthy options that thrive in the fall. Check out the foods below that will keep you eating the rainbow!

  • SWEET POTATOES - A single serving of sweet potatoes has twice the daily recommended amount of Vitamin A, which is important for vision, healthy skin, and helps your immune system.
  • PEARS - Often forgotten about in the fall, pears have a lot of fiber and Vitamin C. They also have a lot of potassium, which is great for your heart, muscles, and nerves.
  • BRUSSELS SPROUTS - Brussels sprouts are packed full of nutrients. With almost 4 grams of protein per serving and Vitamins B, C, K, calcium, iron, and manganese, they are fantastic for you.
